SHADOW OF THE FIRMAMENT

"Shadow of the Firmament" is a meticulously crafted project with a stunning wyvern. The creature was sculpted in ZBrush, where I paid close attention to anatomical details and textures to create lifelike fantasy creatures that captivate the viewer's imagination. The model was then retopologized in Maya to ensure an efficient and clean topology suitable for animation and rendering.

The initial texturing work was done in ZBrush, where I painted the base materials directly onto the model. I then refined and enhanced the textures in Mari, achieving a high level of detail and realism. For the final visuals, I used V-Ray to render, emphasizing realistic lighting, shadows, and surface details. The intricate scales, the majestic wings, and the menacing horns all contribute to the wyvern's imposing presence.

Jason Brown guided me from ZBrush's initial shape and form, providing invaluable instruction. Jared Krichevsky provided significant feedback and direction throughout this process, greatly enhancing the quality of my work. I am incredibly grateful for their guidance and support!

This project is still a work in progress, and I continue to refine and enhance the details to push the boundaries of my artistic abilities.
